1. Introduction

RydozaPro ("we," "our," or "us") operates the RydozaPro mobile application (the "App"), which enables drivers to register, complete verification, and accept ride requests on the Rydoza platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from drivers, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using RydozaPro, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account and Identity Information

• Account Information: Full name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.
• Identity Verification: CNIC (national identity card) number, submitted during onboarding for identity verification and regulatory compliance.
• Profile Picture: Uploaded during profile setup.
• Driving Licence: An image of your driving licence, uploaded during onboarding for verification purposes.

2.2 Vehicle Information

Vehicle type, model, color, and license plate number, submitted during onboarding and reviewed by our administrators before approval.

2.3 Location Information

Precise Location (Foreground): Collected continuously while the app is in active use to display your position, match you with nearby ride requests, and provide navigation.

Precise Location (Background): While you have an active trip in progress (from pickup through drop-off), we continue to collect your location periodically — even if the app is minimized or running in the background — so that:

• Passengers can view your live location and estimated arrival time.
• Navigation and route tracking remain accurate throughout the trip.

Background location is used only during an active trip and is not collected when you are Offline or have no trip in progress.

2.4 Trip and Earnings Information

• Ride requests accepted or declined, trip status, pickup/drop-off addresses, distance, and duration.
• Fare amounts associated with completed trips, for the purpose of displaying your trip summary and history within the app.

2.5 Camera and Photo Library Access

Used when you upload your profile picture, driving licence image, or vehicle-related documents during onboarding or when submitting an update request.

2.6 Automatically Collected Information

Device identifiers, app version, and basic diagnostic/crash data used to maintain app stability and performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Create, verify, and manage your driver account.
• Review and approve your onboarding submission (identity, vehicle, and licence details).
• Match you with nearby ride requests.
• Provide real-time navigation and enable passengers to track your location during active trips.
• Maintain your trip history and summary of completed trips.
• Process support and profile update requests.
• Maintain platform safety by verifying driver identity and vehicle information.

4. Payments

RydozaPro does not process, store, or handle any payments, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or digital wallet balances. All fares are collected directly and in cash by the driver from the passenger at the end of each trip. RydozaPro does not collect, store, or have access to any payment card, banking, or financial account information. Trip summaries shown in the app are for the driver's own record-keeping only.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information as follows:

• With Passengers: Your name, profile picture, vehicle details, and live location are shared with passengers during an active trip, solely to facilitate the ride.
• Service Providers: We use third-party infrastructure providers to operate the app, including:
  • Google Firebase (authentication, database, and cloud storage of account, verification, and trip data)
  • Google Maps Platform / Google Places API (maps, navigation, and route calculation)
  These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and data protection terms. You can review Google's privacy practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
• Administrative Review: Your identity documents (CNIC, driving licence) and vehicle information are accessible to authorized administrators solely for the purpose of verifying and approving your driver account.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account, verification documents, and trip data for as long as your driver account remains active, or as required for regulatory and safety-verification purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 10), subject to any legal retention obligations.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information — including sensitive identity documents — from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Access to identity verification documents is restricted to authorized administrative review only. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

RydozaPro is intended solely for adult drivers and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Background Location Disclosure

RydozaPro collects precise location data in the background only while you have an active trip in progress, in order to share your live position with the passenger and maintain accurate trip navigation. You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings; doing so will prevent you from accepting or completing ride requests.

10. Your Rights and Choices

You may:

• Access, update, or correct your account and vehicle information within the app.
• Submit a request through Support to update vehicle details or documents, subject to administrator review.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at contact@techparser.io.
• Disable location permissions through your device settings, though this will prevent core app functionality (e.g., receiving and completing ride requests).

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The App integrates third-party services (Google Maps, Google Places, Firebase) that have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their terms independently.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
